For gatherings over 200 guests, our fees are thoughtfully tailored to the scope and splendor of your celebration.

Once pre-production begins, your investment stays firm even if the guest list shrinks; although if the crowd swells, the fees rise to welcome the extra cast and crew your celebration deserves.

Team Prerequisites

Accommodation:

Three rooms at the main event venue for our core planning team.
Additional rooms, if required, at or near the venue based on final team size and event scope.

Logistics & Hospitality:

Accommodation, travel, food and beverages expenses for the planning and execution team :

Pre-event site inspections / venue recess
On-site event execution

Payment Milestones:

• 50% to begin pre-production

• 30% one month before the event

• 20% one week before the event

Any additional expenses are to be settled before our departure - ensuring our complete focus on bringing your story to life.
